Where we ship from
We are based in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Rail cars are shipped from Zashchita station (Ust-Kamenogorsk); trucks are loaded at our warehouse in the city.

Delivery terms
Choose the option that suits your logistics. We fix the terms in the contract under Incoterms 2020.
- Pick-up (EXW) — you collect the product with your own transport from our warehouse in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
- Free carrier, Zashchita station (FCA) — we load the rail cars at the departure station; you arrange the onward transport.
- Delivery to your station (CPT) — we arrange rail transport and pay the freight to the destination station.
- Delivery to your warehouse or plant (DAP) — we deliver by truck to your gate.
Payment
We work under a supply contract with companies and sole proprietors. The usual scheme is prepayment for each lot; regular buyers can pay in instalments or after shipment. For export, payment follows the contract, including by letter of credit.
Documents for each lot
- supply contract and invoice for payment;
- electronic VAT invoice (ESF) and delivery note;
- rail waybill or road consignment note;
- lab analysis of the lot;
- declaration of conformity with TR CU 024/2011 — for sunflower oil;
- for export — certificate of origin and veterinary or phytosanitary documents as required by the buyer’s country.
Lead times
We ship within the agreed time after payment — usually within a few days. Transit time depends on the distance and mode of transport; we will give you an exact time for your city. We deliver across Kazakhstan and export to Uzbekistan, Iran and other countries.
